Dillard Adams earns LEED AP Designation

Dillard Adams Jr., director of construction services for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s Nashville office recently earned the LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) designation.

 
LEED® Accredited Professionals demonstrate a through understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.  The program, started in 2001 by the U.S. Green Building Council is now managed by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).


“The sustainability movement is vital to today and tomorrow’s construction industry,” explains Doug Brandon managing principal at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.  “Our clients will directly benefit from Dillard’s knowledge and skills on green initiatives.”


Adams is responsible for managing construction developments for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker including new projects, additions, and major tenant improvements.  In addition to management, he has the experience to assist clients in managing acquisitions, performing environmental site assessments, due diligence of assets, zoning and appraisals.
